Ryan was an unbelievable help in my search for a home. As a first time home buyer I didn't have any idea of what the process was for finding a home. It is hard to even define just how amazing Stephen was throughout our entire home purchase process. We had long been planning a move out of the city and to the suburbs, and when COVID hit, instead of being among the normal crowd of real estate ebb and flow, we found ourselves among the crush of families suddenly looking for exactly all we desired. He was an ear to listen when sometimes there was nothing we could do except vent, and he had professional connections/recommendations that were at the ready to help us on a number of fronts. Through the entire process, Stephen was able to offer expert advice, but even more than that, he was just a genuine pleasure to work with.
